Do I need to buy inventory?
No. The program is designed so you can sell eligible products without buying bulk inventory upfront. You list products in your store, and orders are fulfilled for you from the US.
Which platforms are supported?
Shopify is live now through Shopify Collective. WooCommerce, BigCommerce, Wix, Squarespace and Ecwid are planned through Syncee. Amazon, eBay and Etsy aren't direct integrations.
Can I sell these products under my own brand?
Not through dropshipping. Dropshipped products are sold under the Rapid Health Labs brand. If you want your own label, ask about Rapid's private-label program.
Who handles shipping and tracking?
Rapid Fulfillment ships each order from the US and syncs tracking back to your store.
What do products cost, and what's my margin?
Wholesale costs and terms are shown when you connect through Shopify Collective. You set your own retail prices in your store.
Can I start with dropshipping and move to private label later?
Yes. Many sellers use dropshipping to learn which products and categories fit their audience before investing in their own private-label line.
Can I make my own health claims about these products?
No. Use the product's own label claims. Supplements can carry structure/function statements only, never claims to treat or prevent disease, and skincare claims must stay cosmetic.
